Cook authentic Thai dishes at Smile Organic Farm Cooking School, located in the peaceful countryside about 45 minutes from Chiang Mai old city. The class starts with a visit to a local market and a guided tour of the organic farm where many ingredients are grown. You then choose your own menu from a wide selection of dishes across curry pastes, curries, stir-fries, soups, salads, and desserts – and cook everything yourself at your own station with an English-speaking instructor. You take a recipe e-book home and eat everything you prepare.
